Description

This lovely patient has severe Lipedema that is affecting her ability to ambulate and perform basic activities of daily living that most of us take for granted. For her first operation, we performed high-volume liposuction of her lower extremities, including the hips, thighs, knees, and calves, with a total of 12 Liters of liposuction performed. The operation was performed in a hospital OR, and the patient was admitted as planned for routine post-operative monitoring. She has done very well with her recovery and is now ready for her next stage operation.
