This lovely patient desired increased projection of her breasts. To accomplish this, she underwent breast implant replacement. We replaced her moderate projecting silicone implants with new implants in a higher projection but similar width, and tightened the internal breast pocket with sutures to better fit the size of the new implants. She did very well post-operatively and is enjoying her results.
