42-year-old with lipedema, after five stages of power-assisted liposuction with thigh, arm, hip, and buttock lifts and an abdominoplasty. Significant weight loss on a GLP-1 during treatment, with extensive skin removal to match. Slimmer, tighter, more proportionate, with improvement in pain, heaviness, swelling, and mobility!
