Description

This patient underwent her first stage of lipedema surgery, which included power-assisted liposuction of the lower extremities. The case took place in the hospital with 10 Liters of lipoaspirate removed. She is now 5 months out from her first operation and recently underwent her second operation, which included liposuction of the abdomen and hips with a drainless tummy tuck, as well as liposuction of the arms with arm lift. We will plan to complete her legs during her third operation, which will be the completion of liposuction of the hips and lower extremities, with skin excision (thigh lift).
