This lovely 48-year-old female desired improvement in her breasts and body. She underwent a mommy makeover, including revision of her prior breast augmentation performed by another surgeon, liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, back, bra roll, and inner thighs, and a drain-less abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). For her breasts, her old implants were removed, the breast pockets revised, and new, larger implants with a higher projection were placed. She did very well with her recovery and is looking fantastic.
