This patient underwent circumferential liposuction of her arms as part of her first lipedema operation. This was a high volume liposuction case performed in a hospital. She subsequently underwent brachioplasty (arm lift) in combination with a breast lift. She is now 1 month out from her brachioplasty operation and doing very well, with plan for liposuction of the trunk and abdominoplasty for her next operation.
