This lovely patient is in her late 50s and was diagnosed with Lipedema. To address her Lipedema, we first performed circumferential 360 lower extremity liposuction as an initial operation. Once recovered, we continued to her second stage operation of upper extremity liposuction and brachioplasty (arm lift). Her third operation included liposuction of the hips, buttock, and lower extremities as well as a thighplasty (aka thigh lift). She is now 5 months out from her latest operation and doing very well.
