This lovely patient was diagnosed with Lipedema and presented to our office for surgical management. She has completed two operations. Her first case was circumferential liposuction of her lower extremities. This was followed by a second operation with additional liposuction of her lower extremities, hips and abdomen, as well as the skin excision (thigh lift) performed at the same time. She is now 3 months post-op, and doing very well.
