This lovely patient was diagnosed with Lipedema by an outside physician, and presented to our office seeking surgical treatment. We addressed her lower body first with high volume liposuction. She subsequently underwent a second operation with liposuction to her arms and an arm lift. Her recoveries went smoothly, and she reported significant improvement in her pain and tenderness post-operatively.
